I went for a trail today , just enough equipment to get what I need doing. Katie was amazing going to show me new equipment for me on my next session.

I had my first day at the gym today, and it was a great experience. Even though it’s a small place, it has everything you need – plenty of machines and equipment, all well-maintained. I had enough time and space to use the machines without feeling rushed or crowded.

The staff were really supportive, especially Katie, who took the time to explain how everything works. She gave clear instructions on how to use the machines safely and effectively, which made me feel confident and comfortable.

Overall, it was a great start to my fitness journey. Looking forward to coming back! 💪
